Highly Recommend this company. I had a leaking Spigot on the outside of my home that ended up leaking between the walls and flooding my bathroom and bedroom. I called The Clean Plumber and they sent their Tech out on a Sunday morning to fix my problem. Paul Ron was my tech and you could not ask for a better representative for your company. He had to work outside on his knees in the rain to repair my problem and did it all very professionally without complaining about the elements. He was courteous and thorough, answering all my questions and making sure everything worked well before leaving. I was so impressed with Paul that I asked for him specifically a few weeks later when I needed a new kitchen faucet installed. Again, Paul did a great job! He is an outstanding tech and really understands customer service!
They are the best. Absolutely will use them again if needed. Paul was professional and knowledgeable and efficient. I had an outside shower that was failing and the bib hose was causing leakage into the house as well as a toilet that had a mind of its own...in about an hour it was all resolved. He gave me the best and worst case scenarios with fair pricing and thankfully it was the best case scenario and all is well. I will absolutely recommend them as well as only use them in the future.
