I called to have someone come assess our pipes based on a home inspection, and Paul came to take a look. First, his communication was great - he called me proactively to schedule, and then was able to come earlier than anticipated which was great. Second, he was thorough, professional, and great at explaining what he was looking at and what he found to a plumbing newbie like me. Finally, at no point did I feel like I was getting an up-sell or made to think that there was work to be done when there was not. So even though The Clean Plumbers didn't make any money from me this time, they have definitely earned my future business.

These guys have been servicing my condo for maybe 5 years now and I don't call anyone else. They always do great work and they actually try to find the most cost effective way to get the job done. Besel replaced the water heater in my new home, found the individual unit main shutoff (the HOA thought there was no such thing), and replaced the very old shutoff handle. They are pricey but worth it -- professional, reliable, personable. They go above and beyond.
