We recently had an emergency in our backyard, where my husband was trying to replace the hose attached to the main spigot and accidentally ripped the entire top off with the nozzle and water just began gushing out of the pipe. We started frantically contacting anyone we could think of to help get the spigot replaced same-day since we had to shut the main water to the house off, and naturally because it was a Sunday, and urgent, it was really hard to find someone to assist quickly. We found Clean Plumbers on Google and my husband gave them a call, and although they didn't answer right away, Dave called us back a few minutes later and was fortunately in the area and able to get to us within the hour. Not only was the service quick, he was thorough when going through the pricing before he started the work and made a pitch for their yearly membership (which we didn't feel we needed). He was very quick and had the whole pipe and nozzle replaced within an hour, and even helped us put the new hose on and attached it to the new hose collector. Although we have another plumber we usually use for everyday issues, we would definitely consider using Clean Plumbers again in the future!

We discovered a water leak in our laundry room over the weekend, so first thing Monday morning called our plumber (happy customer since the mid 1990s). We assumed it was the drain that periodically requires professional cleaning. Gary came that afternoon, and determined the source of the leak was not the drain, but the pipes behind our kitchen sink. Gary explained the repair options, and helped us choose the best one. He scheduled us the next morning for the demolition of the wall and pipe replacement. He and Nathan arrived on time and completed the work a lot quicker than we expected. They kept the "mess" to a minimum. A Big Thanks to Gary , Nathan, and Clean Plumbers. Great company!!
