amazing service, David (yes he did pose a very long time for the statue in florence) saved me from the trickel of water in my kitchen ruining my manicures. He was patient and listened to my concerns and as a woman who seems to constantly get bombarded with men workers who never want to speak to me but always defer to my husband it was a breeath of fresh air having someone hear me out. The yearly membership seems like a great deal. It comes with an inspection yearly and with the lime buildup in this area its a must have. You can also get 15% off services so it really pays for itself. I was a little turned off at first when we called in to what seemed to be just another call center type answering service, but i was pleasently surprised by the outstanding service. THANK YOU!
