I have to say, I am completely amazed that this company stands by their commitment to their customers. In this day and age, it is hard to find companies who are truly in the business to make a difference and help their customers get the best service possible in their profession.
Today, I watch Isreal and Enrique work extremely hard to remedy an issue regarding my home and its plumbing system. Furthermore, they were very professional, informative, courteous, and just easy to talk to when I had questions, not to mention their prices are reasonable.
If I ever have any plumbing needs again, they will be the first company I call, and you should too. Thank you, Isreal and Enrique! I appreciate everything you did for me, but most importantly, I appreciate you.

Adam Z replaced my water heater. He educated me on the whole system and what I can do to maximize the life of the equipment. The pricing was fair but more than that, Adam's high level of customer service skills left me feeling like, yes, this was very expensive and I hate to have to spend money on this but it was actually a delightful experience getting to work with him.
I've had similar service from Lao and Gary from Clean Plumbers, so I think it's just the way the company hires and treats their technicians. Good companies have good employees, and these employees are GREAT.
