Having your toilets back up on a Sunday morning isn't how you hope your day starts. After calling the clean plumber Mike responded quickly and was at my house in less than an hour after my first call. He was a pleasure to work with. An experienced and knowledgeable plumber, he explained the possible solutions to the problem and the possible costs.
My house did not have a discreet cleanout, so access to the blockage required removing the toilet unfortunately. However in using the pipe camera, Mike was able to identify where the clean out in fact was! It had been buried over the years by a foot of dirt that I can now dig out and use should I ever have the problem again. He was also able to diagnose what caused the blockage in the first place and what might be done in the future correct it.
I'm glad that Mike was the person on call this Sunday morning. Should I have a another plumbing problem in the future? I will ask for Mike, for sure!
The company was responsive and followed through on their commitments. The plumber, L., was polite and professional. Importantly, he clearly explained each step in the process of fixing our plumbing issue.

My water heater wasn't putting out hot water. Chris came out to my house and found the problem. It was a thermostat. Now I have hot water. He was so pleasant and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend this company.
