My home was flooded during hurricane Helene. A few months ago I had another plumbing company video, descale and jet out my cast iron drain lines. Since I finally got my permit to proceed I replaced my tub in one bathroom and converted the other bathroom to a walk in shower. And when I ran the water they did not drain. I called the Clean Plumbers. Steve and Enrique came out today and took a video of my drain lines. They found that the pipes were not properly cleaned and that the vent pipe was 100% blocked. They proceeded to clean the lines using the Picote descaling system and then coated them with Picote epoxy resin.
Steve and Enrique were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them if you ever have drain line issues.
